Booking Conditions

Included in the price:

  • The rental rates include Mandatory Civil Liability Insurance and a coverage insurance for the crew in case of possible physical damage. Mooring at Blanes port is also included in the rental price.

Not included in the price:

  • Fuel is not included in the rate, except for boats that do not require a license.

  • A deposit of €250 or €500 is required, depending on the boat model. This amount is blocked on a credit card at the beginning of the rental and will be unblocked at the end of the service, provided that the boat is returned in the same condition as it was delivered. Debit cards are not accepted for this process.

Booking and rental process:

  • The boat driver must present the required nautical license during check-in, if applicable to the rented boat. In the case of foreign licenses, they will only be valid if approved in Spain.

  • To confirm the booking, a payment of €50 must be made. Once received, the reservation will be guaranteed, and a confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp or email.

  • The boat will be delivered at Blanes port at the time specified in the reservation. We recommend arriving 30 minutes before to complete the check-in and receive instructions on handling the boat, as well as recommendations on the best locations in the area.

Cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing by sending an email to costabravarentaboat@gmail.com.

  • If the customer cancels less than 7 days in advance, 50% of the rental amount will be lost.

  • If weather conditions prevent navigation for safety reasons, verified on the same day by our team, we will offer a rescheduling option or a full refund. Cancellations or changes based on weather forecasts will not be made before the rental day.

  • If the client decides not to go out despite our team confirming that the conditions are suitable, no refund will be issued.

  • Reservations will be automatically canceled if the customer does not show up within the first 2 hours of the rental without prior notice. In this case, the full rental cost must be paid.

  • For multi-day rentals, no refunds will be given due to adverse weather conditions or for any other reason.

Safety rules on board:

  • It is mandatory to provide a working contact phone number during the rental period to ensure communication with our team.

  • The maximum number of people allowed on board must not be exceeded under any circumstances.

  • During navigation, it is recommended to wear life jackets and remain seated, especially for children and elderly passengers.

  • We also recommend wearing appropriate boating footwear to avoid slipping or falling.
